Job Description

Optimind Technology Solutions is looking for junior community manager who will be the brand ambassador for our social media communities.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Connecting with consumers daily via online community and social media channels
  • Building trusting relationship with online users
  • Inspiring communication and conversation to both external social media channels and internal teams
  • Building brand visibility, developing content plans and meeting them to align with Optimind social media goals


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, English, Journalism or related field
  • At least one year experience with top tier social communities – Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Youtube, LinkedIn
  • Understands what it means to shoulder the communication of a brand in social media
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Excellent grammar and spelling,┬ástrong writing and editing, excellent communication skills in English and Cebuano
  • Great personality, creative, technically savvy, with keen eye for detail, leader, and good in research and project management
  • Knowledge in social community metrics and metric tools, HTML and FBML a plus
