Optimind Technology Soutions is looking for motivated Sales Assistant who possess a customer oriented relationship. Establishing smooth flow of information and follow up for existing and prospective client.
- Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
- Forwards samples by entering request; arranging description; notifying customer.
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
- Answering inquiry coming from the client.
- Working within established guidelines
- Handle orders, complaints and other inquiries.
- Research and reach out to possible client.
- Provides record to database and its maintenance.
- Arranging meeting with clients.
- Graduate of 4 or below years of any course.
- Microsoft Office Skills/ proficient
- Ability to work with the team.
- Administrative writing skills.
- Able to converse english language.
- Having a friendly and engaging personality.
- Must be helpful and polite.
- Attentive to details.
- Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Resourceful, well organized.
